Awards Ceremony to take place at CSA & DBSG Annual Conference

The Credit Services Association and Debt Buyers & Sellers Group Annual Conference is being held on the 8th & 9th September, in the magnificent surroundings of the Hilton Metropole in Birmingham and this year we have that special WOW factor! With an excellent range of speakers, more industry specific presentations, our largest exhibition and increased networking, this year’s conference is set to top all others. And to celebrate the commitment and achievement of Members, we are once again hosting our unique awards ceremony at the Grand Gala Dinner.

The awards are open to members of the Association only and represent dedication, commitment and hard work. We have three categories:-

• Diploma Awards
o Awarded to the five top students on this year’s CSA Diploma Course

• Most proactive member to CSA/DBSG Compliance work
o Selected from the compliance working party (a personal award from Claire Aynsley, Head of Membership, Compliance & Educational Services)

• Best Publicity Campaign Award
o Members of the Association are encouraged to submit entries of publicity campaigns/ads that have been run over the past year

Best PR/advertising campaign

The award will be given for a PR or advertising campaign to promote a specific brand or product message. Both creativity and effectiveness will be the primary considerations in the judging process, and submissions must indicate how success was measured and evaluated.

In terms of specifics, your entry should demonstrate the following:

• Understanding campaign objectives
• Strategic thinking
• Creativity
• Effectiveness and results
Submissions should not exceed 1000 words and be accompanied by images, charts and graphs as appropriate. All entries should start with a 200-word executive summary AS PART OF THE TOTAL COPY COUNT.
